Mount part is fixed. I knew of this as well, and wish I took advantage of it a few days ago.

It’s worth noting that blizzard watches these forums like a hawk. Anytime something is posted here, it usually gets fixed within 24-48 hours.

I'm pretty confident mount was luck, I started farming the mount 3 days ago and it didn't drop.

However, I kept getting the sword a lot, even got a double epic sword loot. So I'm confident mount wasn't bugged ever.

No, this was actually patched. On Thursday, I got 2 epic chest pieces from sunken temple. On my third run, I got double dragon’s call. Today I did strath 10x and not one epic.

As I said, I've been farming the mount for 3 days, and kept getting Epic swords but no mount. The mount never was bugged on the Baron. Not saying the other things weren't.

And I can confirm it's been fixed.

EU - can be luck, but i think its bugged for real - like the green drop rate weeks ago...

4th ST run I got the embrace of the wind serpent epic chest.

5th run I got Dragon's Call the epic 1h sword from Eranikus in ST. Both the epic robe and epic sword are 5% drop rate though. So it's not that strange I guess.

I'm pretty sure this was done by design to bring the classic dungeon experience a bit closer in line with the dungeons from the expansions, especially after the addition of Chromie Time and the way things scale now.

Have dont Molton Core multiple times and got no Thunderfury Legendarys - so pure luck and working as intended

This was brought up and reported as a "bug" several times during beta/PTR a long time ago and was never "fixed" which would lead me to believe Blizzard intentionally increased the drop rate of these items intentionally. Could obviously be wrong though.

Sunken Temple Robe took 3

Strath 0/7 on Book of Dead before I gave up.

BRD: Ironfoe = 7 runs / Circle of flames = 2 runs (got 3 during my runs)
Stratholme: Sword took 15 runs / Book of the Dead 1 run
Atal Hakar : 2 runs for sword and robe
Dire Maul Tribute : 20 runs so far no Axe
Maraudon: 3 runs so far no Dagger
