Play banned accounts on PTR

Hey guys, just wanted to let yall know about this weird bug I encountered. My OG account has been banned since 2012, and today I finally got to play around with my old toons. Just log into PTR and copy chars from the same bnet, apparently it isnt checking whether the license is banned or not currently. Lots of fun to see all this old stuff again.

Odd, I've never been able to before. Always got an error when attempting to copy from the banned license.

I assume some of the characters got updated with the recent GDPR thing. After doing it I was able to copy my old characters to PTR as well <3

Doesnt work you just get copy failed

Yeah honestly this thread may have literally gotten it fixed.

Tmanownen was correct, this was a report, which I had not seen until he notified me; which is why I've left it dead. If this has been working for this many years, its not going to get fixed.
