Korraks revenge bugged?!

logged in on an alt that still has the quest. in queue now but its showing 430 ilevel weapon... did they mean to boost this quest? searched but couldnt find another post about it.

Is the hand-in NPC still in game? I'd assume that the quest item, based on blizzard scaling, could and might forever scale with future patches. Could be pretty massive if the NPC still exists.

it is scaling with your ilvl as is for local quests or faction reward and has a maximum. Intended. But you did not find korrak anymore.

I realized he wasnt there when I went to turn in the quest. May hang on for next anniversary idk lol. Thanks for the replies guys!
