Well, this is mostly common sense if you ask me. It's like : Duel your frend, kill/attack someone. Use a spell/ability taking you to your friend and get away!

The rogue jumps down kill the allys and maybe a few gaurds and then shadowsteps back up to you. No gaurd aggro!

THIS is my answer to the people who say that this is common sense. The gaurds automatically de-aggro from you after you shadowstep to your friend (as the original post said), hence making this an exploit. I can't believe it takes someone to point it out for you to get that.
