"Resetting" Instance and Raid IDs

I recently used PCT to transfer one of my toons to another account and noticed something:
Not only will PCT remove you from the Guild you're in and clear your Friends list, PCT will also reset all of your Instance and Raid IDs.

It's a bit expensive and only works every three months, but I thought I'd share it as I couldn't find anything on that matter on mmowned.

To clarify: The toon stayed on the same Realm, I only transferred it to a different account.

Where are the exploits you have posted? there is no section for "super tricky/expensive things that you can do that people never think about"
