[Mage] Avoid Shatter/Ground Slam from Gruul

Now please note that this following tip was working as of patch 2.3.2. As of yesterday we moved to 2.3.3 but it didn't seem big enough of a patch to have any effect on this exploit.

Alright,

from what me and my guild found out, doing our first attempt on gruul, that if you are a mage, you can blink through Gruul's doors while the fight is active. This was found by accident when one of our mages, in an attempt to get away from a healer, blinked towards the door, and to his dismay, went through it.

To reverse this effect, simply blink right back into gruul's room.

This can be usefull for avoiding ground slams/shatters.

Have not tested with Shadow step on rogues, or any other abilities for other classes.

It's also worth noting that if you're going to try to use invis to avoid getting dur dmg it's a good idea to blink through the door then use it. Though Gruul will run through the door and own you if you're not quick enough.

Yes, but the added bonus of going through the doors as a mage means that you allow others to move around more freely and not be close to you to take shatter damage. Unlike a rogue, where your still inside the room and can cause shatter damage to others.

Not a bad exploit, but its common. Kael's room also has a door that locks you in but a mage can blink through.

In Gruul's case, the damage from shatter [SHOULDN'T] be that big of a deal as it isn't hard to spread. Plus you're missing out on good damage waiting for your blink to cooldown just to get back into the room! >.<
