Yea this was fixed, however you used to be able to mind control and do this, but that was fixed too.

This is a speedhack for wow (detected by warden)

But I've seen, that the time in WoW runs fast like your character...

Do you think a speedhack like this one, will make that the Chest in Stranglethorn will come earlier than by the others or your debuffs like deserter will remove faster?

This was fixed a million trillion years ago... and no, speedhacks do not make buffs expire faster because buff timers are server-side.
