Just use the nice old pickpocket+cheapshot macro, works perfectly.
Autoloot on ofcourse.

/cast pick pocket
/stopcasting
/cast cheap shot or /cast garrote or /cast *your-stealth-spell-here*

what is nice about this is if you sap a mob or what not and your in agroup and you pick pocket...you get 100% of the pickpocket its not shared

I used to do this but i caught a mistake many times, when you pickpocket a mob and they drop say money, vendor trash, and a junkbox sometimes it would only loot the first 1 or 2, or once in a while none, by the time the macro then attacks the mob. i decided i'd rather hit 1 more button then not get all the junkboxes.

btw, how many leachers(yes, i know i'm one too) are going to keep saying cool, ty +rep if i could, even after this has been shown as wrong?

Okay, we're gonna say this one more time and hopefully everyone gets it this time.
THIS ONLY MAKES IT *APPEAR* CLIENT SIDE THAT YOU ARE RECEIVING THE PICKPOCKET CONTENTS MORE THAN ONCE. IN TRUTH THE SERVER WILL IN NO WAY ALLOW YOU TO LOOT THE CONTENTS OF THE MOBS POCKETS MORE THAN ONE TIME, NO MATTER HOW MUCH LAG YOU CAUSE CLIENT SIDE...THE SERVER WILL SIMPLY CORRECT YOUR CLIENT ON YOUR NEXT RELOG. The OP himself has confirmed this for what it is...

And to spyder, read the post before you go on about having a 70 rogue and this being common sense. This wasn't a post about "DURR PICK POCKETZ, DEY GOTZ MONIEZ IN DEM", it was about inducing lag intentionally to receive 2-6 times the pickpocket contents...which is only a display error client side.
