Infinate Misdirect while buff is up

I've been talking about the Spell Reflect and Combustion macro's with a friend of mine.

Apparently this also works for Misdirect as well.

This isn't nearly as ground-breaking for PvP as Spell Reflect and Combustion, but it's IMMENSILY crazy for PvE.

Test it out and laugh, this is crazy.

Edit: DUR I NEED TO TYPE WHAT TO DO.

1.) Buff someone with Misdirect
2.) Fire a shot
3.) Sit before the shot lands.
4.) IT doesn't eat a charge of Misdirect.
5.) Profit.

Simple way to do for lazy people:

add the extra actionabars, and make macros for all attacks (same images for easy memory) macro should

/cast <spell name>
/sit 
/sit
/stand

use macros instead of normal attacks

Quick Question.
In the macro, why would you write sit twice?
Or was it just a mistake.
Just a noob here wanting to learn a bit more about macros
