Assuming it does work... I have 10 characters on alliance side. Will I get 9 characters restored once I delete them? While it could count as a single restoration of your e-goods, if I was denyed the restoration of all my characters I'd be truly upset.

wow, if this does work i would love to try. but pressin the delete button on 3x 70s with 3x epic flying and more than 10k gold saved its alot harder than it looks.

How many restorations do you get? cause i have like 10 toons XD +rep to who ever answers it legitly.

You only get 3 "restorations", the question is, how much stuff can they restore with each restoration? Because I would imagine if someone haxx3red your account, and deleted 5 characters, Blizzard would restore them all... Just my thoughts though, don't risk it if you don't want to.

just want to let you all know that this did not work for me on european servers. They told me to delete all my characters on alliance and then contact them again.

Guys, if you are really worried about losing your characters , then if you still have 2 or more restorations left, then go to another PvP server and try it out, if it doesnt work then ou really had nothing to lose except 1 restoration use.

what if you delete your character, have a friend make another with that same name, ask for a restoration of your original character, have them tell you the name exists now, would they allow you to pick a new name?
