The Questline for the Bruce mount requires you to complete three Rumbles in the Brawler's Guild for the Rumbler's Purses, but this can be difficult if your shard is fairly absent of other players around. An easy work-around is to do Stranglethorn Streak three times while wearing Azerite gear with Resounding Protection unlocked. Although the game 'strips' you and forces you down to a low level so the Stranglethorn mobs one-shot you upon contact, your Azerite buffs still work and the shield from Resounding Protection has a massive absorption and will protect you from every attack.

Or just save your loot bags from before you get to the quest step, and they have the quest items in them even though obtained before the quest?

You don't need to save the bags, it's automatically updated - but my key point was that it's difficult if no other players are around, as Rumbles are designed to be done with multiple players and aren't meant for a solo. If you are on a low pop server, and no one has been or is doing rumbles, this allows you to breeze through it even if you're doing the quest in an otherwise empty Brawler's Guild.
