The quest "Message in a Bottle" That starts from this item, which you can pick along the coast from about 34,77 to 36,68 Carefully Folded Note - Items - World of Warcraft
"Carefully Foalded Note". On the tooltip it says "Requires level 45" in red letters, but I was able to read the note on level 42. Im not sure if this is the only item this works on, but hope its useful to someone If my brain remember right, this is the Q that starts the quest to kill the giant monkey on the island outside of STV, and awards nice exp.
