Avoid Bounty deaths/Infuriate Opposite Faction

If you're in War Mode and want to cheese off people hunting you for your bounty, the WQ Shell Game by the Tortollans can be 'sat' in indefinitely, letting people see the bounty on your head on the map and having them flock to you only to discover they can't touch you. Other phasing WQs might also work, but Shell Game was an easy escape for my friend to prevent the Alliance from demolishing him and keeping his The Alliance Slayer quest intact.

To add to this, I got the "Alliance Slayer" yesterday with dying twice, it seems that if you die but don't release and get resurrected within 6 minutes the quest won't disappear.

Follow up thought, currently it's announced zone wide when a bounty becomes active .... I think there should also be an announcement when the bounty is killed, just because sometimes it's confusing if it's gone or not. Maybe this won't be a problem once phases/other bugs are fixed but I still think it's a good idea. The point of warmode is to promote fighting out in the world.
