Increased XP from skirmishes.

Skirmishes are rewarding more XP than intended.

At level 113 I was getting ~36K xp a win. This a lot more than the 6K it says on the tool-tip. Was also confirmed by friends at level 116 and 119. Nothing incredible, but was quicker than questing for me.

It's definitely worth it to queue whilst questing.
