Killing friendly npcs with no faction.

Is it possible, in any way, to kill someone who is green with you and horde and has no faction? If so how?

only if they belong to a faction AND your allowed to declare war on that faction.

Yes it is. In 1k Needles, theres a quest chain somewhere (not sure on exact location but I can tell you enough to research it) During the quest the guy asks you to take a leap of faith and jump off a cliff (it teleports you before the grund). At the end of the chain he asks some question and if you intentionally get it wrong you get something called "Mark of Shame". This allows you to attack members of the same faction. Horde side has killed thrall like this because healers dont gain aggro without the mark. if you answer the question right you complete the chain and can never do it again.

uhh the mark of shame thing was patched i think...

but only 1 dude i know of and hes a tauren in org, you're supposed to pickpocket him for a quest but you can attack him. his name is gornek and hes in org inn...

Oh, and to answer the OPs question, no, there is no way to kill them.
