The first is done with Sylvan Elixir to turn you into a random tree. Third is Vengeance DH meta form. No idea on the purple squid thing, I'd be equally interested in knowing.
Also, appearance copying your pet with the Magic Pet Mirror after it has eaten critters will make you larger than when the original appearance that your pet copied off you.
Here's the best one I've managed to do so far:

The purple giant is a Sea Skrog from Broken Shore that spawns during a WQ near the Tomb

Has unfortunately had a botched together "fix" now, the Toxic Wasteling freezes in place randomly. If you get the timing right with a critter hand cannon shot directly under them you can still get the growth, but then it won't move at all/freezes then runs in a very buggy manner.

You can solve this problem by using a Red Wooden Sled on your pet

Maybe if we report it enough they will be forced to fix it and find some other way to "fix" an intended mechanic. Besides, half the things you could turn your pet into are still building sized with just a pet biscuit. I'll just use other pets now, ones with different animations. Keep reporting as if you are a pet battle lover and toxic wasteling was your favorite pet and it's been ruined since it freezes.

Good news everyone! it seems like the toxic wasteling pet has been fixed, it now follows me around instead of needing a sledge toy

Wasted opportunity to say “good news everyone, the slime is moving again!” :P
Though it’s good to hear it’s been fixed. I’ll test when I’m home to confirm it on US servers, and report back. Time to bring some giant orcs to Boralus, me thinks...

Found a new one. Apologies for the rubbish screenshot, couldn't zoom out my camera any further.
This one is from the Treesassin's Guise toy from WoD Garrison. Couldn't figure out how to do it with the Sylvan elixir, as it stuns you from using the pet mirror, and others can't skymirror or prism your form. Though this toy seems to produce larger trees anyway, as you can see from this being literally taller than the buildings in Boralus.
Also, was going around looking for other fun NPCs to use this on via rogue glyph of disguise. I'm still searching, but the mobs in Zul'Gurub seem like decent candidates. Seems like some TBC dungeon bosses work as well. So many possibilities!

Fixed? Wasteling doesn't grow in size anymore from eating critters
