Activating double trinkets using Hex Shrunken Head

Not sure if it's been posted b4. But with the new ZA trinket (Hex Shrunken Head), if u activate this trinket first, u can simultaneously activate Icon of the Silver Crescent also gaining the full spell damage benefits of both trinkets at once.

But if u activate the Icon of the Silver Crescent first, it triggers a 20s c/d on Hex Shrunken Head.
