Keep gold after a scam

When you have scammed and a gm msg you "you have been scamming and we will reset your gold and the items you have taken" then you can still trade the gold you got on you so let a friend keep it and then simply get it back a bit later then you will keep you gold

i dont know if its possible to trade the items also since my items was on ah and i took them off as fast as i could but i got "mailbox error"

you know GM's have logs of that stuff right? i highly doubt this would ever work..

GM's have only taken back the 20% I kept, and my guild is quite happy with my donations :P
