    No, it can be spammed. You just have to cancel the cast quickly because you don't go on cooldown unless two other people click it.
    Tear a hundred dollar bill exactly in half, fold in all the corners to the center, then place the two bills ontop of one another, fold over once again, perfectly over the half way line, perpendicular to the original bill. Look more closely. There's a secret message hidden there! Seriously.
