    Whatd do you mean by refreshing your character screen? Or does it seem to be fixed?
    I do the process like you explained and i just have my lvl 70 dk on the character screen. After a few shots i do get the throttle mesage so i guess i did manage to create a few characters i just dont get them.

    Got it to work on eu last night... Thou its a bit of a pain in the ass coz im multiboxing and im trying to sync up the number of them i have per realm.

    I got that throttling message at around 3pm yesterday, and by 9pm that same night i was able to make another demon hunter. Apparently it isn't 24 hours. Just letting you all know
