You can currently bring the Burn buff from Brutualus outside of the Sunwell and spread it to players, effectively killing them if they're under 70.

How do you get outside? I tried porting to Orgrimmar with it (managed to get it from an alliance, by mind controlling him) but it went poof.

Literally just hearthstone with the debuff.

Damn they just seem to be just ruining old content if there's an exploit now. Cookie in the deadmines has been broken for five months.
