Winter's Grasp and Flames of Ragnaros farm

farm Winter's Grasp and Flames of Ragnaros make lvl 100 trail acc make mage teleport to Orgrimmar theme zeppelin and do the Quest and teleport back

but maybe will be hotfix soon don't know

A faster method would be:

- Make Orc Mage 100 trial (so that it will have Teleport: Orgrimmar).
- Use hearthstone to skip tutorial
- Pick up the Quest (Daily - You're a Mean One) to save Metzen in Alterac.
- Go outside Org gates and talk to the NPC (Holgar Stormaxe) to teleport to new Dalaran (NPC should be at the first fork in the road).
- Skip cutscene and once in Dalaran, go into the middle chamber (Chamber of the Guardian), then take the Dalaran Crater portal.
- Fly to quest mob and kill (don't have to kill if other people kill it for you). Also save the reindeer and loot one of the bags.
- Use Teleport: Orgrimmar and turn in quest.
- Pick up Follow up quest (A Smokeywood's Pastures' Thank You).
- Turn it in.

With this method, you not only have to skip the waiting for a zep, it's also quicker. Keep in mind that there's a weekly limit to trial characters as well as an hourly one.

Winter's Grasp is confirmed to drop from the followup quest (final 2 steps). According to a dev last year, it should be dropping from the daily quest too, but I haven't seen any reports of that.

Still, it's a good idea if you want to farm the illusions, as well as some toys.

I haven't gotten the Flame one, but I've gotten multiple Winter's Grasps from the once a year follow up quest.

The steps are almost the same for Alliance with exception of needing to learn Ironforge teleport spell from any portal trainer.

Why does it need to be BoA? It will simply be added to your appearance collection after using it.

Received illusion winters grasp on 6th try, learned it and then deleted the trial character. Logged in a perma character, checked for illusion under appearances, wasn't there.

1. Its fixed or
2 . don't delete trial character until you check another toon to see if its apart of your appearances ?
