Acess to secret vendors for any level of horde player

As most of us know, there are "secret vendors" (Ravika - NPC - World of Warcraft) which sell Griftah's Authentic Troll Shoes and toys Whole-Body Shrinka', Sen'jin Spirit Drum, and Xan'tish's Flute. This vendor is supposed to be "only accessible before the Broken Shore event is completed. You must be level 98+ and on the Broken Shore questline, before boarding the boat in Battle for the Broken Shore to see these NPCs."

However, the vendors are currently available to all Horde players of any levle. I was able to make a level 1 horde character and purchase the items right away. I don't know if it is intentional by Blizzard or a temporary glitch, but I suggest picking up these toys now if you have yet to do so.

Go to the dock outside orgrimmar and find the vendor near the ship and buy the toys

As others have said, this appears to have been fixed. I'm not getting phased into the Legion preparation docks when I went there on my 47 Goblin Shaman. I then tried to join someone else's server, someone who didn't complete the quest yet and could still buy items and I couldn't phase in either. I phase onto their server, but it was still empty.

I guess we're back to needed a level 100 non-DH Horde.

Having 3 toys you aren't supposed to have? People who don't play horde can go make a horde (sell a pet for some gold) and pick up the toys that aren't made for a level 1 to get. Yeah, no exploit at all.

oh icic..Horde only toys Alli players can get easy...i didnt realize that
