So to sum it up:
1. Have a char with the required rating to buy the old bg weapons.
2. Buy the weapons that this char can use so they will be added to wardrobe.
3. Log on to another character without the rating.
4. You can now use the old rbg weapon skins for transmog even if you dont have the required rating.

yep and thats why i picked hunter because it can use most of the weapons
