The concept is the same as the blue-print vendor exploit.
Method 1:

1. Buy 1 Crystallized Fel for 1250 valor.
2. With an open vendor window sell back the fel to the vendor without clicking accept.
3. /use Crystallized Fel and click your ring.
4. When the bar turns green, accept the box.

Method 2:

1. Buy 1 Crystallized Fel for 1250 valor.
2. Open Vendor Window
3. Use the crystallized fel on your ring
4. When castbar hits green, hit the macro:
/run for b=0,4 do for s=1,GetContainerNumSlots(b)do if strmatch(GetContainerItemLink(b,s),"Crystallized Fel")then UseContainerItem(b,s)end end end
/click StaticPopup1Button1

and spam the macro

Did not work for me. (EU)

Tried method 1 and first I got refund for the 1250 valor points but ring didn't upgrade - next time ring upgraded but I didn't get refunded and got the message "Sorry, unable to refund that item."
Maybe it was just bad timing but I don't have anymore valor point to play with atm.

Just tried method 2 and couldn't get it to work. Not saying it won't work may just need more info.

Update: For method 2 the item has to be in the first slot of your BACKPACK (mine was going to my equipment bag), but now it says Internal Bag Error when clicked. Item will get used and valor won't get refunded.

Like the garrison plan thing, it does require a high degree of timing. i would take all "diddnt work for me" replies with a grain of salt.

Just got the same as Cedrus for method 2.
had the item in slot 1 made sure popup button was up cast bar hit green spammed macro "internal bag error could not resell item" item was used and did not get refunded.

Edit: Tried method 1 as well got "Sorry unable to refund that item".
