The video is Kettu's. Kettu has a history of posting stuff which is outdated for clickbait/trolling random purposes.

My guess is this an exploit I recall from months back which was hotfixed. I could be wrong as I'm not really motivated to check.

if you look at date next to minimap in video its from yesterday. i looked the rogue in armory and he plays on EU not private server. so i would say it works. it dont look fake me.

No credit to "exploits" (especially GAMEBREAKING!!! ones) that involve timing. Timing is so completly individual and involves so many occasions that are basicly impossible to reproduce for anyone who has not uncovered it themselves.

That explains a lot. There's a similar exploit nothing to do with arena which is gamebreaking.
