The time to strike (Apexis weekend quest)

I accepted this quest just now, and after i turned in Unseen Influence (The quest in which you need to gather 10x Fel-corrupted Apexis Fragment). The minute i turned in that quest, The time to strike also got completed. (The time to strike requires you to complete 5 bonus objectives) Need comfirmation if this works for anyone else.

Apparently the quest is just bugged, and completes instantly regardless on what you do.

There is no exploit here. More likely a minor bug.
It just counts amount of BO which you arleady have done. Period.
How to trigger it ?
Opening cache / walking around you town hall's statue [there one as you enter town hall].

How to avoid ****ing it up ?
Don't abandon your quest. Otherwise counter will reset ^^.

Why this works ?
Well I assume some dev instead giving result after loop, gave it before and it counted backwards not forwards =).

I picked up the quest, collected the garrison cache and got ti complete on one out of my 12 toons.
For the rest it didn't worked this way, it didn;t worked at all. Maybe hotfixed?

It looks like this quest is account wide cause I can only take it and complete it with one character. I go to the NPC with my alts and it don't give me any quest. So if this is not a bug, be sure to pick it up with your main character or the one with all the reputations so you can use your apexis for mounts or whatever you want

It's intended, the quest is taking in account the bonus objectives you've done for all the week apparently.

yeah I picked it up on a couple toons, then walked inside townhall and while on my way in went completed.

I honestly think its tracking previous progress, for instance i got it to work on 4 characters, all of which had comepleted all the daily areas/quests in tanaan jungle. Switched to another toon which hadnt even entered tanaan and it didnt work at all.

Confirmed and working on 4 characters but. Literally talked to the quest giver in my garrison and it immediately completed - hence my thoughts on it backtracking the bo

Where do you get A time to strike? I have not received it on any toons?

You can take it from Seer Kazal in your garrison.

Click on your interface to the "Book Icon" which names "Suggested Content" and accept the Quest.
