    Need Tested

    I received the book of rebirth while in Ashran and used it in Warspear. I am now in Tanaan jungle using the buff that the Book of Rebirth has given me, which is 7 minutes off cooldown and rebirth cast is instant.

    Works for me in different zones of Draenor, I will be attempting at trying this in instances such as lfr it will be updated shortly.

    Are you sure you are feral/guardian?
    Rebirth has no cooldown for resto and moonkin.
