Cushion
or
Class that allows teleportation
--------------------------------
Go to the Vault of the Earth
Press yourself against the fire wall
Use cushion/teleport
Walk through the cave to the back and use the stone
WARNING: YOU CAN ONLY USE THIS AT LEVEL 100

The item you receive can only be used in Draenor but adds a solid 8.5k DPS for about 30 seconds
Not a tide-turner, but will definitely help out

Before the Garrison Campaign mission was unlocked, this was an exploit. However, now that everyone can do the quest this is no longer an exploit.
