Its impossible to kill a level 70 with a level 5. Think about it this way, the level 70 had 6k+ health at the least, level 5s highest stam increase buff is what 2 stam? So if the 70 jumps with the buff on he will only have an extra 20hp added to the percent of fall damage... Ie. It will make absolutely no differece.

Very unlikely and rare but not impossible. I've landed after a fall with 1/8000 hp. Very very rare. So I actually agree with you that he is probably lieing.
