there's a step missing in the original post. Once u die,release and leave group wait until u receive items/felblight before you resurrect. Otherwise you'll resurrect on your realm and get saved and might not even get items.

Nah this is incorrect. You can resurrect directly after (before you get the items)

Steps :
1. Tag the boss
2. Stand infront of him
3. Die from fire
4. Release
5. Leave group
6. Do whatever you want meanwhile waiting.

Personally i have often joined a new group, so i even get the loot while i'm in a new run.

Blizzard in common doesn't handle in-game exploits(ones that doesn't require any 3rd party software and such) like this. I'd say if you account never been banned ror 72 hours, they will give 72 hour ban+warning+maybe items/gold removed. I'd say permaban for first time ToS violation via in-game exploit is kinda low chance.

Partially fixed EU. No Felblight in loot. But epix, apexit and gold still is

Seems like it's not working anymore in EU. Didn't get felblight 3 times in a row or anything else.
