Well then you are blind. It's about what happens when your game is frozen (CD's will continue to tick down when you're frozen mid-air).

Your character's position is frozen while your game is frozen too though. So if you're falling, you''ll freeze in place.

That depends very much on what you do with it.

Just messing about with it is unlikely to cause problems.

There's at least one killer app I can think of:

Jump off a cliff in a capture the flag game (eg Twin peaks) when your team is ahead on caps or is tied and your team captured the flag last.
Use macro before you hit the death zone, set to several minutes. Run down the clock. Basically you can win any game where your team is ahead.

Depends how you do it. If you scoot with the flag 2 mins in and run down the clock then I'd imagine reports and a scaled ban would follow.

If you do it in the last 2 min then it may not be clear what is going on. There's always radar issues with exploits.

More generally, I've been told I'm going to get a ban for five years now. I didn't get a ban when I unleashed an immortal npc in sw back in cata. I didn't get banned
when I used a flyhack. I didn't get banned when I did early starts through two entire patches in mop. I didn't get banned when I came with a technique to kill lowbies
in orgrimmar while invisible and rained down massive fireballs on the city. I didn't get banned when I came up with a technique to one-shot raid bosses which several
teams used to clear two-thirds of the heroic raid tier. I didn't get banned when I used the bonus armor glitch to solo entire pvp teams this expansion.

It will eventually come of course, probably when I release my next big pvp video, but I think you'll find Blizzard's willingness to permaban people isn't as great as you
might think provided you don't take the piss too much. At the end of the day forcing exploiters underground isn't really in their interest.
