Step by Step Guide

1. Kill Archimonde (last boss)
2. Head back to the Horde Base
3. Kill the adds (12 rep each)
4. Head towards the world tree area (where you killed archimonde)
5. When the name changes to Nordrassil, head back to the Horde Camp.
6. Repeat steps 3-5 and keep going until you hit exalted.

This is useful not only for rep, but for recipes and epic drops as well.

That really depends on your speed going back and forth but i was able to get 2k rep in 20 minutes. You have to realise that the adds only give like 12 rep each and that it takes some time to go back and forth and wait for a lot of them to respawn. At the same time, if you're not really doing anything, it's worth a shot.

Will it work with multiple people, say someone else ran back? Would they spawn for the person at the camp so they can just continuously kill things?

As long as they were part of the original group that killed Archimonde, it will work. However, you still have to go back and forth.
