Not a gamebreaking but it will be good for collectors.
Normally you will get the reward for 150 Toy Box items, but I've got mine with 147.

Achievement counter can be broken, if you learned some toys in 6.0 prepatch before they were hotfixed to not be toys anymore. I got my 150 achiev at 148 toys

I've got my Toy Box Reward with 147 Items.

It's probably counting toys that are alliance/horde only toys. I've checked my achievement on the WoW app and it says I have about 2 more toys.
