When you are using the mounts from your garrison stable daily ( which last for 5 min ) you still count as stationary.

While being able to move you will keep ur mastery buff up which gives a little bonus damage when fighting with only little movement.

He means the hunter MM Mastery that increases your damage by x% when stationary.

I wish they would ****ing just extend that buff duration or make the other 2 specs good.

I hate going from survival where I can move around as much as I want to MM where I feel like I'll lose DPS if I move out of the fire because my buff might drop off.

Pop aspect of the fox and then run out of the fire. Won't lose your buff then.

Its the movement that removes the buff(and that's not a small buff its the most powerful one you have!) The cast doesnt stop, so the aspect doesnt help at all as even the tiniest movement will break the buff.

Do you even play hunter? Aspect of the Fox WILL indeed make you keep your Sniper Training buff while active.
