Engineering items in Old raids (millions of damage)

Currently the Mecha-Blast Rocket - Item - World of Warcraft crits for 2,7mill for me in old raids, dont know about other items like Shieldtronic Shield - Item - World of Warcraft gives you higher absorbs too, ill have to test it.

how does your other attacks hit? ?? if ure doing 100k dps and this is dealing 2.7m its something. if it doesnt scale more than ur own attacks = its intended
