The instant respawn is because they are required for a quest, and a quest that's going to be an absolute mess at launch. As for the grind exp "fix", it's not fixed; that's Blizzard's anti-farming mechanic that was added in 6.0. You can't kill in the same area for too long, or else the exp becomes absolutely horrible.

Rested only starts ticking from once u logged on after WOD hit. Check your alts, they'll get their first rested XP only when you log them in now.

Found an even better one. Frostfire Ridge, cave at roughly 63,37. There's a rarespawn inside and some mining/herbs. but what you're after are the 30-40 eggs. they almost instant respawn and hatch UBRS style. the mobs that pop out are easily aoe'd down and give 400-500exp each without rested. I just did 91-92 in 30min.

Frostfire Ridge, it's the horde starting area, but you can run up there as alliance also.

Umm where is this cave exactly what mobs... I'm not seeing this.

Unless it's been fixed I was in the cave that contains Broodmother Reeg'ak - NPC - World of Warcraft

in addition to the named rare there are about 40-50 eggs which spawn like the hatchery eggs in ubers when you run over them. each mob they spawned had about 15k hp, and gave 500exp, and the eggs reswpaned extremely fast.
