Almost Perma No-DR Disarm Players in PvP!

This might not be as effective at maxlevel anymore but at twinkbrackets, especially the 60 pvp bracket and the 70 pvp bracket this is incredibly broken. The difference when using a real weapon and using this weapon is basicly non-existant, you don't even feel the loss of stats+weapon dps. However dualwielding this yields you 10 second disarms that do not have diminishing returns and a massive procc rate. We played lvl 60 skirmishes today and chain disarmed people 24/7 with this item.

(Keep in mind all disarms have been removed from the game! This is incredbily strong now!)

There is many more but I'm not going to link all of them here, don't want all to get fixed just now.
