Predetermined Loots See what a mob has before you kill it

Simply walk around the Blasted Lands and look for the mob equipped with a weapon that they normally wouldn't have equipped.
It's that simple!!!

It didnt work for me but ty i never had a reason to go to the blasted lands and i went there and found out the black portal was there.
