That's old disclaimer for old patch. If I am not mistaken 5/28/13 was the launch date of Thunderking patch. The link you click on that page is https://us.battle.net/account/manage...DAYS_PROMOTION which, I suspect, stays the same for all patches. So, basically, in order for this to work your account needs to be frozen for more than 30 days before September 10th, 2013.

Did not work for me. Told me I already used free game time. Account was last used on 5.1. Was a SOR account. Seems only to work with accounts who did never use free gametime
