Thanks for this mate!
So does this mean when we are flagged for beta testing, the upcoming expansion beta for World of Warcraft we should be able to log in without getting a beta invite?
My Exploration Channel: Teryaki's ChannelTeryaki#1806
http://www.ownedcore.com/forums/gene...ne-client.html here you can download the mpq directly to extract the full client.
Nope, we are flagged for beta testing the application only, from what I heard there will be a special reward for the beta testers.
BUT they can still see if they invited you or not, one of the simple ways to find out is by checking if they've sent you an email.
Edit:
and so a great post was lost through the Gaming Chat section..cheers for pointing that out.

A bit offtopic, but why would you want the app/beta invite?
The reward is still unknown and I only can see it backfiring.
The *.torrent file contained an unorthodox setting which specifies a direct download link.

Yes, this link is already known. What I don't know though, is, how to install the client from this data file...
Unpack the MPQ, then unpack the MPQ that rolls out of that. It's useless though, this is the error in the log:
Sat Aug 10 22:47:28 2013 [MAIN] ConnectAurora timed out while waiting for FR - you probably didn't have the proper login credientials (username, password, token, cookie, etc)
+Rep OP, this is great, account now flagged for beta.
@MMOSimca @Bashiok We haven't made any announcements about it yet, but the restriction removal was intentional.
This tweet was then deleted afterwards by Zarhym.
Erhm, my installation just stops at 64%. Dunno if it's just for me or for everyone here.
