Careful downloading this from dist.blizzard.com.edgesuite.net. I'm not sure if bliz actually uses this or not but that sure looks like a malicious link.

The torrent is either infected or not working. I only ran the .torrent and it gave me an error, but be careful. And yes, I know it's not an .exe file.
And that isn't official Blizzard server.

I opened the setup, Battle.net.exe and Battle.net Launcher.exe and couldn't find these. What did you attach CE to?

Yeah you cannot open the torrent file with a traditional program like uTorrent, but I'm sure the Battle.net Application is able to do that.

I managed to get a little bit more info about the torrent file, it uses http://us.tracker.worldofwarcraft.com:3724/announce , Created on 05/06/13 14:33:07 and it contains only one file, Installer Tome 1.MPQ 380.09 MB , the MPQ file should be easly opened with a specific editor.
