you should hide your name on that screenie , but yea I have seen that glicht like 4-5 time ... pretty hard to make it work cause you really gotta click on bandage at the exact same time ... which is almost impossible except if you are like side by side or on Team speak or vent but still hard

Normally it's to protect their identity from Blizzard's watchful eye. If one posts an exploit that's blatently against ToS and have a screenshot of their character with a legible name...that's rather good evidence, and they will most likely take appropriate action, or at least watch you very, very closely.

(Never never never make your MMOwned username the same as a character on your account.)
