if you equip burgy black hearts handsome hat Burgy Blackheart's Handsome Hat - Item - World of Warcraft which drops off a rare in vash'jir and equip it then flight form then fly over a zone phase boundary the flight form buff should be taken off you and you can now swim though the air at walking speed this may work with flying mounts im not sure.
