This is purely just for griefing lower levels. I've discovered two ways to do so. The first one requires you to play a monk and be specced for chi wave, target whom you wish to kill and cast away! The second way requires you to buy the Shado pan dragon gun you can cast it on whomever you want and not have a worry in the world about getting zergged by guards. Have fun!
