Hit movement speed cap with mage!

Hey guys,

I want to show you a useful trick to hit the movement speed cap.
It works EVERYWHERE, and its also fun while offline mode

Step-by-step as a mage:

1. be an engineer, to get the 300% rocket boots
2. get the item "Sulfuron Slammer" and drink it to proc Blazing Speed.
3. Use the 300% boots + Blazing speed, to get 1000% movement speed
for 1.5 seconds.

U will be twice faster than any flying mount. Get blacksmith 1st before any
othere bases in arathi. Docks @ isle of conquest, jump on the mage tower
in eye of storm.

I wish some professional explorers like votuus could use it to reach untouchable
areas

@ prepost haven't tried this yet but rocket boots stack with that speed increasing potion,
i think drood could get that much speed too and take someone with him

Edit: It doesnt stack with the belt i think :0

None of the druid's speed increasing abilities stack with Rocket Boots Xtreme nor with Nitro Boosts. (Apart from passive speed bonus from forms of course)

did u try Swiftness Potion + Rocket Boots Xtreme(or lite)
it works for my mage up to 625% movementspeed, use ya travel form maybe increases it. Did u try to use the boots first then the skill?

Yes, I detailed this and how it works for many classes in a thread I started a week or so ago at http://www.ownedcore.com/forums/worl...elf-buffs.html (Run as fast as flying mount with Nitro Boosts and self buffs.) .

This is a re-post of my thread. Only diff is he's got a video and a specific case example of my post. There's just SOOO MANY combinations of how you can get insane speeds that it is difficult.

Been playing with this on my mage, in BGs.. was reported a few times for speedhacking but its worth it

Edit:

If u want to have those 1000% movementspeed with a flag, u can drop it on the ground,
wait until u can pick it up, activate that speed than click on the flag. Sometimes it works
sometimes i started running 2 early . My team in wsg was just so "Lol" when they saw
jumping from horde base to my base in less than 3 sec WITH the flagg. Make sure nobody
will pick it up while u use ya speed ^_^

Goblin glider works on the same way if u use it first than pick the flag

Like others have pointed out in my thread, can't use this in RBGs without some sort of exploit.
