Queue any 85(365 ilv min) and Above for Scenarios

This is my first post of an exploit. The previous ones i have found were discussed about in the Ownedcore chat. This exploit requires one level 90 and an 85 with an item level of at least 365.
When doing the scenarios, you are sometimes awarded the valor points and chest from the random scenario. The valor points are also influenced by the Valor of the Ancients buff. I was able to queue for and enter LFR with a level 85 friend. I'll test this further when I get home from work in 7 hours, and add insourced attachments.

Instructions;
First, gather the group desired of at most 3 with the levels listed above with the level 90 as party leader.
Second, queue for a dungeon and clear it.
Third, everyone stays in the dungeon, and the party leader leaves.
Fourth, the party leader will queue for a random scenario.
Fifth, if you desire to keep doing scenarios,have the party leader leave only and repeat steps 3-4.

Uses;
Earn valor on a non level 90.
Earn achievements for the account.
Earn level 90 gear beforehand.
Earn valor/gear while afking.

May be used for;
Queueing for random heroics for the experience and justice lvs 60-90
Queueing for diffrent level group battlegrounds and non accesible battlegrounds.
Queueing for holiday events when ineligible, or recieving the daily item twice.

I was thinkin that you could totally gear out an 85 character with the 463 gear you get from the bags, but all that gear requires level 90 to equip.

What about the weapon, that you get from a quest when doing your first scenario? Do you need to be 90 to get the quest?

I wonder if this would be possible at a level less than 85 if you get your item level high enough with MoP gear and such.
