A LOT of people (including myself) have got both in a single.

I doubt this is a bug, it's probably just that the people who don't get a drop don't care enough to post, and the people that do get a drop are posting that it works.

I just ran it with a char that has one binding and the quest and did not get a drop, if there was a bug I would assume it was having a binding already and being on the quest and being on the quest would make it a 100% drop, just a theory though.

Edit: It would be nice if people could state if they already had a binding and was on the quest, already had a binding and was not on the quest, had no bindings etc. And what realm you were on.

I know that the bindings had their drop rate upped to 3% from 1% pre Cataclysm. However, WoWhead now states 5% drop rate, so they may upped it again, and those who got it was just lucky.

Coincidental maybe, but I just did it for the first time on my rogue and got the binding from Baron Geddon.

was actually boosting a friend so i gave it to him since i had it on that char

but oh well., im used to it .
. havent seen a single binding for years now..altho i do MC on all my characters....
