Go into a dungeon

Pop the orb

Use the above item -> equip ur normal gear

-> profit, smash through the dungeon+

When you go into challenge mode for a dungeon you have to break an orb to start it.

I have yet to do challenge modes so I'm a bid confused, why do you need to equip shit gear? And what's the point of the argent squire?

Also, how much gold do you get per?

Does not work. The mobs are not scaled to be weaker.

The mobs inside the dungeon scale with your itemlvl - Say your main equips are 485 ( like the average in my guild ); then equip 450-463 gear.
it should be darn easy then.

I think that you're not getting the idea. Basically you put your Raid/Heroic raid gear in your bank. You enter the instance and start it in whatever gear you wish. Then you pop the Argent Squire, select him as a bank and withdraw your Raid/Heroic Raid gear. I guess that challenge mode only scales down equipped and bagged items, not banked.

Challenge modes players gear is scaled down and mobs are scaled up.
With this exploit you'll be able to bypass the gear scaled down therefore making the challenge mode simple.
