It worked for Anglers, but not for other factions...
I think it's because dailies formed in chains of quests, and if you complete last quest in chain, you'll not be able to do "resetted" dailies. Anglers dailies not chained, and they can be completed again that way.

This is my suspicion as well. I believe when you go to the Golden Pagoda to start your daily chain, then get sent to that little town (with the burning houses etc) to pick up more dailys after, and then finally return to the Golden Pagoda again at the end of it all to turn in the final quests, that if you don't turn in a certain one (not sure which, the 'main' one I suppose) that it would enable you to pick up the additional ones later. Can anyone confirm?

I believe this may be the case as the starting daily's are "pre-daily's". Complete those daily's but not the other ones and you"might" have a second set show up. This was the case with Winterspring Trainers. I wouldn't think this would work quite as well with factions that your only starting with. This would work well with factions that you have a Revered / Honored status with as they should have more than one set of daily's to do.

As I said few posts ago, it works ONLY for anglers, i checked all factions that day. Today I'm gonna try to complete quests for Shado-Pan, but not turn-in them until "reset", maybe this'll work.
At least i can say this 100% not works with Golden Lotus, Celestials and Klaxxi, because on next day i've got another dailies with them, but for Shado-Pan i have same dailies 3 days in a row, here i can't be sure...
